All our furniture is carefully packaged for secure transit and handled by professional delivery experts trained to maintain product integrity throughout the process.

Delivery Policy

 

  • Coverage: We deliver to all Emirates — Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Schedule: Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at info@almisbahhome.com or +971 54 505 0969.

  • Timeframe: Delivery times vary based on product type, availability, and location. Custom-made home furniture and large orders may require additional time for preparation and quality checks.

  • Access: Please ensure your furniture fits through doorways, elevators, and staircases before placing your order. Extra charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to limited access.

  • Delivery Types:
    • Standard Delivery: Safe doorstep or ground-floor delivery.

    • Room Delivery: Items placed in your selected room (up to two floors).

    • White Glove Service: Includes unpacking, installation, and packaging removal for a seamless experience.

Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details and time windows before dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and total order value.
We offer free delivery within Ras Al Khaimah for orders above a minimum purchase value, and competitive delivery rates to all other Emirates.
Final shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Return Period: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order furniture cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery area is accessible and ready.

  • Delivery personnel are not permitted to move existing furniture in your home.

  • AL MISBAH HOME is not responsible for damage caused by poor access, unsafe delivery paths, or unprepared areas.

  • Once a shipment has been received and signed for, responsibility for product safety transfers to the customer.
